In addition to an array of RMT Massage treatments, we also offer professional Spa and Esthetics services (manicures, pedicures, facials and waxing). Jeanette McPherson MSc, owner of Elements for over 14 years, has over 30 years of experience in public health and massage therapy. She has her Master’s of Science Degree in Patient Advocacy from the University of Konstanz (partner university of Queen’s University). Jeanette has fulfilled professional roles in university, government, and small business settings, where she established support centers for families with disabilities and health concerns. From 1995 to1997, Jeanette was trained in Deep Tissue and Swedish massage at the Potomac Massage Training Institute in Maryland, and became a Certified Massage Therapist in California, where she practiced with chiropractors and in spa settings, as well as in Canada. She is certified in Aromatherapy and Hot Stones massage.

For well over a decade, Elements has established itself in Kingston and surrounding community as a respite for Holistic Health, Massage Therapy, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, BioFlex Laser Therapy, and Spa and Esthetics.
